We recommend booking early, as the room block is limited.

AIRPORTS

O’Hare International Airport (ORD)

 

Midway International Airport (MDW)

 

Midway is generally closer to Hyde Park and may offer a shorter commute.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION

  • Ride-share & taxisUber, Lyft, and taxis are widely available from both airports.

  • Public transportationCTA (Chicago Transit Authority) buses and trains serve the Hyde Park area.

  • Walking: The hotel and conference venue are adjacent and easily walkable.

  • Thursday evening shuttle: Transportation will be provided between the David Rubenstein Forum and the Shedd Aquarium.

Registration includes:
  • Wednesday, May 27: Continental Breakfast & lunch

  • Thursday, May 28: Continental Breakfast, lunch & dinner at the Shedd Aquarium

  • Friday, May 29: Continental Breakfast & lunch

 

In addition to meals, registration also covers general meeting expenses, including meeting space, audiovisual services, on-site support, and conference materials.

Attire: Business casual. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

WEATHER & WHAT TO WEAR

Late May in Chicago typically features mild spring weather, with daytime temperatures in the mid-60s to low 70s °F and cooler evenings near Lake Michigan. We recommend layered clothing and a light jacket.

The David Rubenstein Forum, The Study at the University of Chicago, and the Shedd Aquarium are fully accessible. Please indicate any accessibility needs or dietary restrictions during registration.
